Cruz Allen

Midfielder Cruz Allen joined Derby County Under-18s as a first-year scholar in the summer of 2023.

Allen has been with the Rams since Under-10s when he joined the club from Burton Albion.

In 2022/23 he turned out for the Under-18s whilst still part of the Under-16s squad, making four appearances and scoring two goals.

He kicked on further in 2023/24 making a total of 27 appearances in all competitions, including nine for the Under-21s in Premier League 2.

In November 2023, Allen made his senior debut at just 16-years-old, coming on as a substitute in the EFL Trophy victory over Wolves Under-21s.

Allen is Wales youth international and has been capped at both Under-16 and Under-17 level.
