Biography

Youngster Camille Jenkins has progressed through the Derby County Community Trust’s Regional Talent Centres (RTC) for talented female footballers at a young age to establish herself in the first team squad.

Jenkins impressed enough to make her way through the age groups and perform well at Reserve Team level when she made the step up to Sam Griffiths’ group permanently.

She made her senior debut during the 2021/22 season in the FA Cup against Stourbridge and kicked on during the 2022/23 season to become a more regular member of the group.

Jenkins’ first team appearances have mainly come at full-back and she went into the 2023/24 season with 43 appearances and four goals to her name for the Ewes.
