This transfer must not involve the transfer of any monies or other items which may result in the transfer to be considered a sale or exchange.
5.8 Subject to clause 7.2, You may on no more than 4 occasions during the Season transfer Your Season Ticket to a natural person who is known to You personally for use by that person in connection with a single Match, provided that such person would be entitled (under the Terms and Conditions of Entry) to purchase a Ticket for and attend such Match. On all subsequent occasions the upgrade fee will be the difference between the Nominal Match Price paid by You and price of a Single Match Ticket that would be payable by the transferee for the relevant Match. You are required to notify the Ticket Office on all occasions which You are not using the Ticket and intend to transfer this to any other Supporter – the Club reserves the right to ask for the personal details for this Supporter, and failure to provide these may result in the cancellation of the Ticket for the selected fixture.

6. Changes To Dates; Refunds And Exchanges
Once purchased, the Purchaser is not entitled to cancel or change their Ticket(s) (save that a Concession Ticket may be upgraded on payment of the applicable supplement) because the rights of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to this Agreement. However, each Purchaser, Named Ticket Holder and Guest has legal rights if the Club does not comply with its obligations owed to them in this Agreement with reasonable care and skill. Advice about the Purchaser, Named Ticket Holder or Guest's legal rights is available from the local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

The identification produced must be to the reasonable satisfaction of the manager of the Ticket Office.
6.5 Home match tickets are non-refundable.
6.6 Business Customers have no right to cancel the Ticket.
6.7 Refunds on Season Tickets will only be available in exceptional circumstances and at the Club’s discretion. The Club will deduct from the amount of any refund payable to You under this clause its reasonable administrative costs and a sum to cover its losses as a result of cancellation, including loss of profit.
6.7.1 In the event that a Named Ticket Holder's Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled under this Agreement then the Club reserves the right to exclude that Named Ticket Holder from all Memberships and/or to disqualify that Named Ticket Holder from applying for any Match ticket or Season Ticket at its discretion, and to notify any Football Authority and/or other football clubs of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification).
6.7.2 Cancellation of a Direct Debit does not result in cancellation of a Season Ticket. Customers who purchase Season Tickets under the Direct Debit Scheme will still be liable to pay any outstanding balance until the club approve any cancellation requests. Customers who fail to notify us in writing may be refused Direct Debit and tickets for any future Season Tickets.
6.8 The ownership of a Season Ticket is not transferable without agreement from The Club. Any such requests must be made in writing and should include permission from the current holder of the ticket. If the transferee of the Season Ticket would have been required to pay a higher price, whether that be for an age related price or a continuous renewal price for the Season Ticket than You paid, then You or they will be required to pay an upgrade charge of the difference between the Price paid by You and the Price that would have been payable by the transferee.
6.9 Whilst the Club makes every effort to ensure that pricing and ticketing information provided on, but not limited to, the Website or any other literature or by a sales representative is correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If the Club discovers an error in the price or nature of the Ticket(s) the Purchaser has ordered, the Club will endeavour to inform the Named Ticket Holder as soon as possible, and give the Named Ticket Holder the option of reconfirming the Named Ticket Holder's order at the correct price/specification (and paying the difference in price to GPSL, if applicable), or cancelling it. If the Club is unable to contact the Named Ticket Holder, it will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be provided via the payment method used to purchase the Ticket.
7. Seat Transfers
7.1 Holders of Season Tickets will be entitled to relocate their seats for an entire Season, subject to availability and payment of an administration fee. A pro rata price increase (where the seat is a more expensive one) or a pro rata refund (where the seat is a cheaper one) will be due to or by the Club as the case may be.
7.2 Subject to availability and payment of an administration fee, holders of Season Tickets will be entitled to relocate their seats for individual Matches to a more expensive seat (in which case an upgrade fee will be payable) or a cheaper seat (in which case no refund will be available). On the first 4 such relocations, the upgrade fee will be the difference between the Nominal Match Price for the original seat and the Nominal Match Price for the relocated seat. On all subsequent occasions the upgrade fee will be the difference between the Nominal Match Price and price of a Single Match Ticket for the relevant Match.
8. Lost, Stolen Or Defaced Tickets
8.1 In order to gain entry to the Ground the Ticket or Season Card must be presented in its entirety.
8.2 If You arrive at a Match without Your Ticket or Season Card, the Club will not be obliged to admit You to the Ground or issue any other form of ticket for that Match. If, in the Club’s discretion, a duplicate Ticket is provided, a non-refundable administration fee (£1 for Tickets and £5 for Season Cards) will be payable. Any Supporter who chooses the Post delivery method and has not updated their postal address, or any Supporter who chooses the Print@Home delivery method and has not updated their email address, may be subject to a non-refundable administration fee for the Club to issue replacement Ticket(s).
8.3 For the purpose of clause 8.1 whether a Ticket/Season Card is damaged, defaced or destroyed will be determined by the Club acting reasonably in its sole discretion. Purchasers and Guests are advised to read any care information stated on the Ticket/Season Card (including without limitation, instructions advising against bending, folding, creasing, stapling, exposing to a heat source or washing the Ticket/Season Card). The Club accepts no liability for any damage to any Ticket/Season Card caused by a failure to comply with any care information.
8.4 If, acting reasonably, the Club accepts that a Season Card has been lost, damaged or destroyed, it will issue a duplicate Season Card as soon as reasonably practicable following payment by the Supporter of a non-refundable administration fee. If, acting reasonably, the Club accepts that a Season Card sent to You by the Club was never in fact received, it will issue a duplicate Season Card without any administration fee. A duplicate Ticket or Season Card may be issued by the Club without any administration fee, should the Ticket or Season Card in question have been stolen from the Supporter. In this instance, the Club reserves the right to request and validate the crime reference number provided to the Supporter by the police, and failure to provide a valid crime reference number will result in the non-refundable administration fee being applicable.
8.5 The issue of duplicate Season Cards will be conditional on You signing a document confirming that the original Season Card was lost, damaged, destroyed, stolen or never received (as the case may be). If a lost or stolen Season Card is found You must return it to the Club immediately. You must indemnify the Club against all losses it suffers in connection with any false representation by You that a Season Card was lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or never received.

Ticketing Policy – Disabled Supporters
Introduction
Derby County Football Club operates a ticketing policy that recognises that disabled supporters may need assistance to fully enjoy the match day experience and offers a variety of reasonable adjustments based on individual supporters needs, not their ‘disability’.
By completing a Reasonable Adjustment Form and submitting the appropriate supporting documentation, we can plan to meet the disabled supporter’s needs, during their visit to Pride Park Stadium and that accessible facilities and services are only used by the supporters that need them (each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
If you require assistance with completing the Reasonable Adjustment Form, then please contact our Disability Access Officer. Alternatively, you can request a form over the counter or by calling 01332 667528.
Personal Assistant Ticket
At Derby County Football Club, we take our responsibilities toward disabled supporters very seriously. We recognise that for some of our supporters to take advantage of all that we have to offer, they may need support from another person. As such, it is our policy that where this is the case, we make available complimentary tickets which will enable a disabled supporter to bring a personal assistant with them to support them with their needs.
It is important to understand that the Personal Assistant Ticket is not a concessionary ticket or ‘2-for-1’ deal but is a reasonable adjustment made by the club to enable a disabled supporter to access the full range of match day and event services more easily (in consideration of UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010).
The only criteria we have for offering a complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket is that you have to have another person with you to get the same quality of service as a non-disabled person for a reason related to your own disability. This does not apply to short term conditions like broken legs.
Please note that a personal assistant, on their own, is not entitled to any benefits normally associated with a Season Ticket, this includes any renewal benefit or the purchase of match tickets during priority sale periods.
Requesting A Free Personal Assistant Ticket
Since this scheme is potentially subject to fraudulent misuse, we have to operate a system to check eligibility for a complimentary ticket. To apply, a Reasonable Adjustment Form will need to be completed and you will also be required to submit appropriate supporting documentation to our Disability Access Officer.
Please find below a list of supporting documentation that we might take into consideration when considering whether to allocate a complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket:
Derby County Football Club also accepts The Access Card as evidence, and all supporters requesting a Personal Assistant Ticket with the +1 symbol on their card will receive one without the need for any further information or evidence.
Please note this list is not exhaustive and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. For guidance, the club advises supporters to refer to the Level Playing Fields website.
The club reserves the right to seek additional proof of disability where there is an element of reasonable doubt, as to the need for a Personal Assistant Ticket.
The Role of A Personal Assistant/Essential Companion
By accepting the complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket, the disabled supporter’s companion accepts responsibility for providing the support they need to attend a match. This includes being able to provide additional assistance during an emergency evacuation.
The stewards at the match are unable to provide assistance in excess of their typical role, therefore, it is important that, if the disabled supporter requires help moving around, the personal assistant is ready and willing to support them with this.
When entering the stadium, the personal assistant must enter at the same time as the disabled supporter. Although a disabled supporter can enter the stadium by themselves, the personal assistant will not be admitted without being in the presence of the disabled supporter.
Young Carers
It is the policy of Pride Park Stadium's Ground Regulations that all children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an appropriate adult, aged 18 and over. We accept that young carers are a much valued and needed source of support, but we are only able to accept them providing that this has been authorised by the club’s Disability Access Officer.
If the need for a Personal Assistant Ticket is something related to a potential deterioration in the disabled supporter’s condition, then a Personal Assistant Ticket may not be authorised for anyone under the age of 16.
If the disabled supporter attends a match with a personal assistant under the age of 16 or if there is doubt in the absence of valid photo ID, we reserve the right to refuse admission. This does not apply where there are other adults in the party able to accept responsibility for the young carer.
Contingency – What Happens If You Lose Your Support
It is important that the disabled supporter and their personal assistant are aware of what happens if for some reason the disabled supporter loses their support.
If it is felt that the personal assistant is not providing the disabled supporter with the support they need, we reserve the right to eject them from the facility at any time and refuse access for future matches.
We will endeavour to support the disabled supporter for the rest of their visit, if this is the case, however, if we are unable to make appropriate reasonable adjustments to do this and it jeopardises the disabled supporter, or other supporters, health or safety, we may be left with no other option than to ask that the disabled supporter leaves too. It is especially important that you choose the right support to come with you.
Abusing the System
If we feel that either the disabled supporter or their personal assistant is abusing the system, we reserve the right to treat the matter as fraud and look at bringing legal action. This may result in tickets for future games being confiscated. Every accessible space taken up by somebody that does not need it represents a disabled supporter missing out.
Personal Assistant tickets are transferable; however, tickets for the disabled supporter are not. Should any disabled supporter or personal assistant be found to be abusing this or any of the other terms & conditions within this policy, the club reserves the right to deny admittance and may take further action.
For more information regarding ‘upgrading’ a Personal Assistant Ticket (if required) or for any other enquiry please contact the Ticket Office, presented by SeatGeek, on 01332 667528.

For alternative car parking options please go to our Matchday Travel webpage.
Catering Facilities
Catering facilities are available in all parts of the stadium. Currently, all our serving counters that are within the concourse areas are high level counters. The Club makes reasonable adjustments to enable disabled supporters to access the catering facilities by instructing one of our dedicated stewards to monitor the areas in which wheelchair users are located to ascertain whether any additional help is required.
If your condition/situation changes
If your condition/situation changes, it will be your responsibility to inform the club immediately, so that, we can make sure that the appropriate reasonable adjustments are made for you to continue attending matches safely (subject to availability).

Safe Standing Code of Conduct
Derby County Football Club (the “Club”) will introduce licensed standing areas for domestic fixtures.
All supporters wishing to attend domestic fixtures in licensed standing areas are required to comply with this Code of Conduct at all times, and we ask that you read all of the information below.
The Code of Conduct does not replace any other ground rules but shall include (but not be limited to) the Club’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, which can be found here. https://www.dcfc.co.uk/page/ticketing-useful-information
Any non-compliance with this Code may result in sanctions being applied, including but not limited to non-admittance or ejection from the stadium and/or the Club losing the right to maintain licensed standing areas.
When attending the match in licensed standing areas, please:
• Always have your ticket available for any necessary secondary ticket checks.
• Continue to follow the instructions of stewards and other staff, who are there to ensure your safety and an enjoyable experience for everyone.
• Behave appropriately in the stand and please be respectful to others. Anti-social behaviour or any form of direct or indirect discrimination, victimisation or harassment will not be tolerated.
• Do not stand or climb on the independent barriers or seat. The licensed standing infrastructure is there to keep you and other supporters safe.
• Unless needing to use facilities, do not move around in the safe standing area – your ticket is for your allocated space only.
• Do not stand in the gangways or on the steps to watch the match – these are for accessing and leaving your seat only.

What is safe standing and how will this work?
Safe standing areas are licensed by the Sports Ground Safety Authority and supporters must be able to sit or stand, while the seats cannot be locked in the up or down position. There must also be one seat /space per person and licensed safe standing areas must not impact the viewing standards of other supporters, including disabled supporters. This will be done by the installation of independent safe standing barriers.
Were supporters consulted regarding safe standing?
Yes, this was discussed at a Supporters Charter Group meeting earlier this year, that the club was involved in detailed discussions with the relevant authorities around safe standing.
What areas of the stadium will safe standing be implemented?
The whole upper tier of the South Stand and the upper tier of the South-East corner for visiting supporters.
What date will Safe Standing be available from?
The home game against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday 16th December 2023 in Sky Bet League One.
Will the capacity of the stadium increase with safe standing?
No, the capacity of the stadium will remain the same and supporters must stick to their allocated numbered place within their allocated block.
Is it still possible to sit in the proposed safe standing areas?
Yes, Pride Park will remain an all- seater stadium, but the club expects that the majority of supporters will stand during matches in these areas of the stadium.
Can I opt to move my season ticket out of the South Stand if I do not wish to stay in the safe standing area?
Yes, relocations are available via the Ticket Office. An additional charge may be required if moving to more expensive areas within the stadium.
I have concerns regarding safe standing, what can I do?
Supporters with any concerns about their seat or safety at Pride Park should contact the Ticket Office directly on [email protected] or the club’s Supporter Liaison Officer on [email protected].
