Having Issues Renewing/Purchasing
Why isn’t my bank card being accepted online?
This could be because:
- American Express is not accepted.
- Card details incorrectly inputted.
- Card you are paying with is not registered to the same address and/or postcode as the lead Fan ID currently in use for the transaction.
- Bank has declined the payment due to lack of funds.
Please ensure all requested information is inputted correctly.
The transaction crashed and now I can’t access my renewals.
The best thing to do in this scenario is simply to wait 1 hour and try again. The ticketing system has an automated process that wipes all idle sessions after 1 hour. If that does not work, try logging out and logging back in again.
My seat doesn’t appear when I click ‘RENEW’.
This could be because:
- Your previous transaction crashed.
- You no longer have an active 2024/25 Season Ticket.
- It has already been renewed.
What should I do if my seat doesn’t appear when I click ‘RENEW’?
There are two ways to check what this issue might be:
- If your previous transaction crashed the seat will appear to be occupied if you go through to the seating plan. This doesn’t mean someone has purchased your seat, it means your seat is reserved and cannot be accessed.
- If you applied for and received a 2024/25 Season Ticket refund your seat will not be held for renewal.
