I cannot remember my password or FanID

Password Reset

If you cannot remember your password then please ask for a password reset email to be sent to the email address registered to your account here.

If you do not received your password link please first check your Junk/Spam folder. If you still cannot access a password reset link then we may have an old or incorrect email address for your account so the link may not have arrived. Please email [email protected] stating your Full name, Address and Date of Birth and Fan ID if you have it available and a member of our team will be able to assist you further.

FanID Reminder

If you cannot remember your FanID then please ask for a FanID reminder by clicking here.

I am a season ticket holder, why can’t I login?

You may have a season ticket but may not have registered for an account on the website. If you have not registered for an account after the launch of the new website on 14th June 2017 then you will not have an account.

You can simply register for your account by clicking here. Remember that to link your account to the correct FanID, you will need to use the FanID which is the eight digit number printed on your Season Ticket Card.
