Transport and Parking

Coach Park: The coach park is located directly behind the away section.
Accessible Parking: A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available at the stadium. These spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked in advance by contacting the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option one). Please note, these will go on sale two weeks ahead of the game.

Wheelchair and Accessible Seating

Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces are available on an elevated platform, and are accessed via a lift. Personal Assistant tickets are allocated next to the wheelchair user.
Easy Access Seating: Easy access seating is available in North Upper, Block 4, Row J. These seats have been specifically designated for supporters requiring seating with fewer steps or close to accessible facilities. To ensure we meet your needs, please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase, so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.

Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilets are located within the away end.
Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome at the ground. Please notify the Club’s Disability Access Officer (DAO) in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements are made for the dog and its handler.
Catering Kiosks: Catering kiosks in the away area do have low-level counters for easier access.
Induction Loop Facilities: Induction loop facilities are available for supporters who are hard of hearing.
BSL Interpreter: There is a BSL interpreter onsite who interprets the matchday pitch-side presentation. If you require BSL interpretation whilst in the ground, please alert a steward and they will bring the interpreter to you.
Audio Descriptive Commentary: Audio descriptive commentary is available. To use this service, a receiver must be booked in advance by contacting emailing accessibility@swanseacity.com at least 48 hours before the game.
Ear Defenders: Ear defenders are available on matchday, to request to borrow a pair (free of charge), please contact accessibility@swanseacity.com or speak to a steward on the day.
Inclusion room: The club has a ‘multi-purpose’ quiet space and multi-faith prayer facilities based in their inclusion room (west stand) and is available to all supporters. If you need to use this room, please ask a steward to be taken there.
Rest Areas: The concourses in the away section do not provide rest areas.
Club Shop: The Club Shop does not have a low-level counter.
Matchday Disability Liaison Officers: Matchday DLO’s (in green) are available to assist supporters on matchday if needed.

Accessible Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available at the stadium. Pre booked accessible coach parking is available at Sandwell Academy on Halfords Lane, B71 4LG (What3words address - ///shirts.person.narrow).
Halfords lane is recommended for wheelchair users and supporters with limited mobility due to its proximity to the stadium.
