To make your away match experience as smooth as possible, we have created detailed access guides for each venue, covering key information on accessible seating, parking, facilities and more.

The coach park is within 50 yards of the away seating area.
Accessible Parking is available at a cost of £15.00; please contact the Preston's Ticket Office on 0344 8561966, as spaces must be pre-purchased and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Wheelchair spaces are available (3 on a raised platform and 16 at pitch-side) and are located within the away section.
Easy access seating is available, and these seats are located on Row 2 (2 steps) and this is also the front row. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase
Accessible toilets are available and are in the away section.
Facilities for assistance dogs are available. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
Catering kiosks in the away section do not have low level serving counters.
The club shop does not have a low-level serving counter.
Induction loop facilities are available within the away section and Ticket Office.
The concourses do not have rest areas available.
A matchday commentary service (local hospital radio) is available. To book a receiver, please email [email protected] or call 0344 856 1966 at least 24 hours prior to the fixture date.
Changing place facility is available.

** Please note that for our upcoming away match against Leeds, disabled supporters who have purchased seats in lower block FA7 may be relocated, if our initial away ticket allocation sells out, and an additional ticket allocation is provided. This decision will be made by Leeds, and we will inform affected supporters as soon as possible. **

The coach park is within 100 yards of the away seating area.
Accessible car parking is available, please follow the signs for Fullerton Car Park. This car park is approximately 200 yards away from the away seating area and spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis on the day of the match (please display your blue badge).
Wheelchair spaces are available, and these spaces are located within the away end on a raised platform.
Block FA7, Rows K, L,M have been recommended for those that require easy access seating, please note that there are several steps to negotiate to reach these rows.
Accessible toilets are available within the away end..

**Turf Moor is a cashless stadium **

The away coach park for Burnley FC is located near the cricket club on Belvedere Road, which is about a 2-minute walk from Turf Moor.  
Parking for blue badge holders and supporters with specific access requirements is on a first come first served basis. To book a space, please email [email protected] in advance of the fixture.
Wheelchair spaces (pitch side) are available. Personal Assistant tickets are allocated adjacent to the wheelchair user.  Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.  
Block 11, Rows N-P of Barnfield Construction Stand have been recommended for those supporters that require easy access seating. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.
Accessible toilets are located within the ‘away end’.  
A changing places facility is available, please email [email protected] for more information.
