Coach Parking: The coach park is within 50 yards of the away stand entrance. (Oak Road).
Accessible Parking: Spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Please call 01332 667528 (Derby) to book your space at least 48 hours before matchday.
Alternative Parking Option: Park at Luton Train Station and use the guided bus way. This is just one stop from the ground and costs approximately £2. All buses are accessible, and the train station has a lift to get you down to street level. It is recommended to get the "A" bus which comes every 10 -15 mins, which stops at Clifton Road directly outside the ground.
Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces are available and positioned pitch-side in the away section.
Safe Standing – There are two flights of stairs to navigate to reach the safe standing area. Luton can provide an alternative access route to reduce the number of steps, but this requires advance approval. We strongly recommend contacting Luton before purchasing tickets should steps be an issue.
Seating in Block A (Bobbers Stand): This is the only seated block in the away section. Please note that accessing these seats involves negotiating several steps.
Accessible toilets: One accessible toilet is available within the away section.
Assistance dogs: Please notify the club in advance of the game by contacting the Disability Access Officer (“DAO”), to ensure adequate provisions are arranged. This may include determining the most suitable location within the ground for the supporter and their dog to sit.
Catering facilities: Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters. However, there are none available in the wheelchair user area, therefore, catering staff will visit this area and will provide a refreshment service.
Induction loop facilities: Induction loop facilities are not available.
Matchday Commentary Service: A Matchday commentary service is available. Please call 01582 416976 or email to book a headset and receiver at least 3 days prior to the match.
Rest Areas: There are no dedicated rest areas in the concourses.
Club Shop: The shop does not have a low-level serving counter.
