Coach Park: There is a designated drop off area for supporter coaches directly outside the ‘away’ turnstiles (this must be arranged with the club in advance).
Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is not available at the stadium. However, there is limited on-street parking for Blue Badge holders, please call 01603 721902 for more information, or visithttps://www.canaries.co.uk/club/disabled-supporter....
Drop-off: A Drop-off facility is available at the Holiday Inn, which is 30 yards away from the away section and refreshments are available within the hotel.
Standard Parking Option: Car parking at County Hall (NR1 2DW)is available and is a 20-minute walk to the stadium.
Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces are available within the away section, and these spaces are located at pitch-side.
Easy Access Seating:Row 1 (Area F- front row & step free) & Row B (Area G- front row & step free) have been recommended for supporters with specific access requirements. To ensure we meet your needs, please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase, so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.
Accessible Toilets: Accessible Toilets are located within the away section.
Assistance Dogs:Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
Catering Kiosks: Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters.
Induction Loop Facilities: The ticket office and club shop have a portable hearing induction loop for supporters who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Audio Descriptive Commentary: An audio descriptive commentary service is available. To reserve a headset/receiver, please go to the Norwich Ticket Office on the day of the game. The ticket office is located on the south side of the stadium; 30 yards away from the away section.
Rest Areas: The concourses do not have rest areas.
Club Shop: The club shop doeshave a low-level serving counter.
