We've put together this collection of videos to give you a closer look at the facilities and services we offer to supporters with accessibility needs. Each video covers a different aspect of what's available, helping you plan your visit and enjoy a smooth matchday experience.

Audio Descriptive Commentary Video Guide

Our audio descriptive commentary is a specialist matchday service designed to make matchdays more inclusive and immersive. It provides real-time spoken descriptions of the action on the pitch and other key visual moments, making it especially valuable for supporters who are blind or partially sighted. Please note, that supporters are required to bring their own earphones (3.5mm audio jack) and we would recommend booking this service at least 24 hours prior to matchday.

If you think audio descriptive commentary could enhance your matchday, we'd love to hear from you, just get in touch!

Our sensory rooms, run by the Derby County Community Trust, are designed to provide a calm and supportive environment for supporters who may find the stadium experience overwhelming. These rooms are especially beneficial for those who are autistic or have sensory processing challenges, offering a more comfortable way to enjoy matchdays.

Matchday Buggy Service

To make your matchday experience even more accessible, we offer a Matchday Buggy Service, for supporters who may need assistance getting to and from the onsite car parks or moving around the stadium perimeter.

It's simple to use:

  • Just flag down a passing buggy, or
  • Speak to your nearest steward, who will be happy to arrange one for you.
