Derby County's Nathaniel Mendez-Laing has been selected for duty by the Guatemala national team ahead of their CONCACAF Gold Cup Preliminary fixtures this month.
The 32-year-old forward has made 37 appearances in all competitions for the Rams this season and has previously featured 15 times for Los Chapines since his first call-up in June 2023.
He will look to add to that tally as Guatemala will face Guyana twice next week in the bid to qualify for the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Their first fixture will take place on the morning of Saturday 22nd March (1am kick-off), before the teams meet again three days later on Tuesday 25th March (10.30pm kick-off).
