Derby County Under-18s battled to claim a 1-0 win against Leeds United in the Under-18 Premier League - North at Moor Farm Training Centre on Saturday afternoon.
Both sides had chances in what proved to be a cagey first 45 minutes, with striker Charles Ebuka Agbawodikeizu going closest for the Rams after hitting the post.
Derby took the lead with just 15 minutes remaining in the second half. The ball kindly fell to Netherlands youth international midfielder Demiane Agustien, who curled a superb strike into the top corner.
Danny Maye’s side dug deep in the final moments to ensure back-to-back clean sheets in the league, following a 3-0 win at Sunderland two weeks ago.
The Under-18s will next be in action at Moor Farm for the visit of Everton in Premier League - North on Tuesday 15th April (12pm kick-off).

Post-Match Reaction
Under-18 Lead Coach Danny Maye was pleased with the win and the clean sheet - but wanted more from his side.
He said: “I thought those were the two positives really; they found a way to win and get the clean sheet, which doesn’t happen a lot in Under-18s football.
“It showed just how well the two centre-backs did today. Credit has to go to Demiane [Agustien], too, because he took his chance well. We need to be better in front of goal in those moments as we had a lot of chances today.
“They found a way to win and the clean sheet, these are important things - especially when you’re going into the first team.”
