Head Coach Paul Warne says Derby County need a 'no-fear attitude' going into Tuesday night's Sky Bet Championship clash with Burnley at Turf Moor (7:45pm kick-off).

Derby will head to Lancashire looking to get points on the board after suffering a 2-0 defeat against title-chasing Leeds United at the weekend.

Burnley will come into the tie off the back of a 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough at Turf Moor on Friday - which saw only the third team to score at the Clarets' home ground this season.

Warnecaught up with RamsTV to discuss the mood in camp ahead of the clash with the Clarets and looking to go into the fixture with confidence.

His reflections on the Leeds United defeat…

All of our out-of-possession work was really good. The lads' physical stats and the sprint stats were the highest of the season. Our ‘Expected Goals Against’ was one of the best for away teams at Elland Road this year. A lot of what we did was good, but it's still disappointing that we conceded from the set-piece. I spoke to a few of the senior players again today about how they felt - and they mentioned that Leeds’ players were arguing amongst themselves on the pitch because they were getting frustrated and the game plan was working.

When we got the ball at the top end of the pitch, we weren't good enough in possession to win a game at Elland Road. That is my truthful reflection of the game. You have to be resilient and if you get a goal, then the game is on. We had a good chance from a corner but, in fairness, Leeds made it difficult. We just didn't create enough clear-cut chances to get anything out of the game.

On wanting to see a reaction against the Clarets…

We will tweak a little bit here and there. We will reinforce certain things to the lads as well, but it is a different opposition to Leeds. It is a tough game, but all matches away in this league are tough. Maybe we've got the two toughest in the same week. We will address the match slightly differently. I want to see a real determination not to concede - and that means people throwing their bodies in the line and people running back. We also need a real presence on the ball, a real courage in possession and to have no fear of failure.

On the overall mood in the squad…

I'm fortunate that I'm with the players all the time. Everyone is still a little bit raw from the back-to-back home defeats to Swansea and Sheffield Wednesday. To go to Leeds away probably makes the defeat feel heavier, if that makes sense. You don't want to lose at all, never mind a few matches in a row. This league is tough and we need to be better offensively.
