Derby County will return to Pride Park Stadium for the second time inside four days when they face table-topping Leeds United in the Sky Bet Championship on Sunday (5:45pm kick-off).


Paul Warne’s Rams claimed a 2-1 victory over West Bromwich Albionon Boxing Day and have a quick turnaround for their second consecutive league game on home soil when they face Leeds for the second time inside a month.

Daniel Farke's Whites side came out on top when they met Derby three weeks ago, as they scored two without reply at Elland Road. Leeds have continued their impressive form since, picking up 10 points and scoring 10 goals in their four games prior to the Pride Park clash.

Centre-back Eiran Cashin remains out of contention until the New Year following a hamstring injury picked up in the recent 4-0 home win over Portsmouth.


Midfield pair Ben Osborn and Liam Thompson missed the 2-1 home win over West Brom with minor issues and their fitness continues to be monitored.


Defender Ryan Nyambe (knee) and midfielder David Ozoh (quad) remain sidelined as they continue their respective recoveries.

Andy Davies will officiate the Championship fixture. He has refereed 10 games in the second tier this season, handing out 34 yellow cards and no red cards. Davies last refereed the Rams in their 0-0 draw with Burnley at Turf Moor earlier this month.

Graham Kane and Lee Venamore will be the assistant referees while Anthony Backhouse will take on the fourth official duties.
