Paul Warne has provided an update on the condition of Ryan Nyambe and David Ozoh ahead of Derby County's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Hull City at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday (3pm kick-off).

Nyambe was replaced by Kane Wilson in the 33rd minute during the 1-1 draw against Millwall at The Den last weekend after suffering a knee injury and Warne spoke about the 26-year-old during his pre-match interview with RamsTV on Thursday morning.

He said: "His recovery is four to six months, I don't think he's going to need surgery.

"Obviously, it's heartbreaking because I really love the kid.

"He is some kid, he wants to play and he wants to do well.

"It's sad news but hopefully he'll come back with a smile on his face, but it's tough for a few days."

The Rams' Head Coach has also provided an update on Ozoh, who has been absent with a hamstring injury since the 1-0 win over Cardiff City in September.

Warne said: “He’s had a setback. He’s damaged his quad, so we won’t see him before the November international break.

“We wish him a speedy recovery.”
