The EFL and Carabao are teaming up to bring you closer to the action than ever before.
Ahead of Round One of the Carabao Cup, one lucky winner will have the chance to visit the training ground of an EFL team of their choice, for a behind the scenes tour and the opportunity to watch the first team squad train.
