Derby County supporters are invited to find a limited-edition newspaper, ‘The Daily Ram’, at various locations in Derby today (Sunday 28th July 2024).

The newspaper contains exclusive imagery of Derby County’s new 2024/25 PUMA away kit, which has been inspired by the club’s first-ever kit from 1884 and is therefore being launched in the style of that time period.

The locations of the newspaper stands are pertinent to the club’s long and proud 140-year history, including the three locations in which the Rams have called home over that time.

The newspapers can be found at the following locations between 10am-4pm today:

Derby County Megastore - Pride Park Stadium, DE24 8XL

Derbyshire County Cricket Club - Where Derby County Football Club began life as an off shoot of the cricket team, DE21 6DA

Shaftesbury Crescent - The site of the old Baseball Ground at the commemorative statue, DE23 8HJ

The Derby Ram statue - Located on East Street, DE1 2AF

The Old Bell Hotel on Sadler Gate - Where the first-ever meetings to establish the club were held, DE1 3NQ

The 2024/25 away kit will be available to pre-order from 5pm today via dcfcmegastore.co.uk, and will be available in store and online from 9am on Friday 2nd August.

To celebrate the club’s 140 years, the first 140 away shirts purchased in person at the Derby County Megastore on Friday 2nd August will be eligible for a commemorative ‘140 Anniversary Edition’ badge to be added to their shirt and will receive their purchase in special packaging.

Please Note: This is available for in-person purchases from the Derby County Megastore only. 140 ‘Anniversary Edition’ badges are available for application at point of purchase. These additional logos are designed for adult shirts. One gift box only per transaction.
