Derby County is excited to announce FanHub as its principal partner for the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship season.
FanHub joined the club’s commercial portfolio in the second half of the promotion-winning 2023/24 season by becoming the Men’s first team training wear and warm-up kit partner.
After a positive start to the relationship, FanHub have now significantly upped their involvement by becoming Derby County’s official fan loyalty partner. As the club’s principal partner, the FanHub logo and accompanying tagline will feature on the front of all three of the Men’s first team shirts for the 2024/25 campaign. They will also enhance their brand visibility and matchday presence at Pride Park Stadium as part of the partnership.
FanHub is a free mobile app, launched in 2021, that rewards football fans for their loyalty to their club. The app is designed to celebrate match-going fans, encouraging them to check in at stadiums, compete against other fans and play prediction games to earn points that can then be redeemed for rewards including signed memorabilia, tickets, merchandise, and experiences.
Derby County’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Pearce, said: “We are thrilled to have taken our relationship with FanHub to the next level by confirming them as our principal partner for the Men’s first team for the 2024/25 season.
“We’ve enjoyed working with the FanHub team in recent months, after welcoming them on board as our training wear and warm-up kit partner towards the end of last season, and we’re all excited to see their branding prominently featured on the front of our Men’s first team shirts and replica shirts during the forthcoming campaign.
“The original agreement that we signed earlier this year was to have FanHub on our training wear and warm-up kits once again for 2024/25, but it is testament to everyone involved that we have been able to uplift the partnership so quickly, after positive dialogue following the conclusion of last season, to them becoming our principal partner for the Men’s first team.”
He added: “We’re looking forward to growing our partnership with FanHub and also utilising their platform to further our engagement and interaction with supporters.”
FanHub’s Partnerships Manager and Co-Founder, Rob Gregory, said: “Coming from a family of Rams myself, to see my brand on the front of the shirts in our first season back in the Championship feels like it can’t be topped. The whole team at FanHub are really excited to build on last season’s partnership with Derby County.
“We introduced some fantastic FanHub rewards at the end of last season, exclusive to Derby fans, including the chance to play on the pitch at Pride Park Stadium. With a whole season ahead of us this time, we’re looking forward to expanding the rewards available to Rams who are active within FanHub.”
