Derby County will head to Matlock Town for their opening pre-season friendly fixture ahead of the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship season.
Derby will travel to Proctor Cars Stadium to take on the Gladiators on Friday 12th July 2024 (7:45pm kick-off).
Matlock finished 15th in the Northern Premier League in the 2023/24 campaign and hosted the Rams in a pre-season fixture last July, with James Collins and Ben Radcliffe scoring in a 2-0 win for Derby in the lead-up to their promotion-winning campaign.
The two clubs have formed a strong working relationship in recent years and the Proctor Cars Stadium was recently announced as the venue for Derby County Under-21s’ home fixtures for the next three years.

11-18 Year Olds - £4
Under-10s – Free
