Who Are Host & Stay?
Host & Stay are the UK’s largest independently owned holiday home and short let management business. Brought to life by the Smith family, Host & Stay was born from a love and passion for property, and a desire to lead the change in an age-old industry.
Their aim is to help more holiday home owners unlock the potential and earn more revenue from their homes but not at the expense of owners paying high management fees and seeing very little, if any return on their investments.
With only 10% commission, Host & Stay allows owners to reap the benefits of owning a holiday home without the limitations set by traditional management companies.
With new methods for new times. With better guest experiences through technology and lightning-fast response rates. All resulting in more revenue for their holiday homeowners, and with less hassle due to their completely hands-free service.
Host & Stay want to change the game. To reset the standard. And to help property owners maximise their income, maximise their returns, reduce their fees and their hassle. They are on a mission to make the United Kingdom one of the most popular, guest centric holiday destinations in the world.
Host & Stay are part of The SDDE Smith Group, a family business forming multiple brands that provide end-to-end services for the real estate sector, with outstanding dedication and best in class client care. They are pushing boundaries to create better places to live, work and stay.
Host & Stay are looking forward to working with many charitable organisations across the region as well as bringing their five-star property management solution to investors and holiday homeowners across the East Midlands and the Peak District.
Host & Stay will be rolling out a number of exciting initiatives for Derby County fans as the build-up to the new season continues.
