Young Derby County midfielder Darren Robinson has been invited to attend Northern Ireland's senior team training camp ahead of their UEFA 2024 European Championships qualifying matches.
The camp will take place between Monday 29th May and Thursday 1st June at St George's Park with another being put on later in June at Champneys Springs in Leicestershire from Monday 5th June to Thursday 8th June.
The purpose of the camp is to maintain fitness levels ahead of qualifying matches that begin in June for Michael O'Neill's side against Denmark and Kazakhstan. A final squad for the qualifying matches will be announced after the conclusion of the second training camp.
Robinson, who is 18 and signed a professional contract earlier this year, featured twice for Derby's first-team in the 2022/23 season in the Papa Johns Trophy, after making his senior debut in the 2021/22 campaign, and was a regular for the Under-21s alongside training with Paul Warne's squad.
Congratulations and good luck, Robbo!
