Derby County Head Coach Paul Warne says he was left with mixed emotions following the 2-2 draw with Shrewsbury Town on Saturday afternoon.
The Rams had taken a 2-0 lead at Pride Park Stadium in the first-half but the Shrews fought back in the second period to ensure the Sky Bet League One clash ended level.
Speaking to RamsTV after the match, Warne explained that he was happy with a lot of the performance - but was left incredibly frustrated by a 15 minute spell at the beginning of the second half.
On the game...
I think it's fair to say Shrewsbury will be happier with the point than us. We're all disappointed. We all feel it - it's two points dropped without a doubt.
In the first half our play was excellent, we created chances and probably didn't take as many as we would like but went in at half-time 2-0 up.
It was a mistake for us to give away a free-kick and it shouldn't go through the wall, that is hugely disappointing. We had a 15 minute spell after that where we were poor and I'm part of that too. We gave away a penalty which I thought was a bit simulated but if there's contact in the box the consequence is to give away a penalty.
After that it was all us again and we created a number of gilt-edged chances that we didn't take. In the end I didn't think a draw was a fair result, I thought we were the better team but I'm biased and need to watch it back.
Ultimately I'm disappointed we had that 15 minute spell but the other 75 minutes I thought we were pretty good.
On the importance of Shrewsbury scoring early in the second half...
Games flick on literally the smallest detail. Everything matters, every tackle and sometimes as ugly as it is you've just got to put your foot through the ball. Whenever we did make a mistake today we got punished and overall I'm really mixed because I'm hugely disappointed that we dropped two points but I'm really proud of 80% of our play. We just didn't manage the game well enough in that rough period to come away with all three.
On Haydon Roberts' goal...
It was an absolute screamer. Jake Rooney's pass down the line was inch perfect for Tom Barkhuizen to cross and then Conor Hourihane's lay-off to Haydon was just saying: 'come and hit me'. As soon as he hit it I knew it had a right chance and it did, it was a great goal and deserved to win a game on its own.
Didzy got another goal as well and apart from that I thought Korey Smith was outstanding in midfield and then when he went back to right-back.
On Jake Rooney...
We knew that Shrewsbury would be trying to win free-kicks, throw-ins and corners and we thought it would give us a bit more bite having Jake Rooney in there. We aren't a big, physical team, we played him at right-back. He's trained really well and I thought his performance was really good. It enabled Korey Smith to play in the middle of midfield. I thought everyone that came in did really well but we leave the stadium today disappointed that it's one that got away.
