Team News

Defender James Chester has returned to full training with the team this week after two months out with a calf injury and could come into contention for Tuesday's clash with Cheltenham, although he is expected to need more time to build up his fitness.

Midfielder Max Bird (groin) is back on the grass but remains out for the midweek game.

Warne's Words

Head Coach Paul Warne sat down with RamsTV ahead of the visit of Cheltenham.

He said: "I do think that teams come and raise their games here at Pride Park, as would. I don't blame them for that.

"We've got James Chester back in training today and Max Bird will probably join in at the end of the week or next week, so I'll have everybody fit soon.

"We're definitely going to need all of our players and this is when it counts; the Saturday/Tuesday/Saturday/Tuesday. We'll have to freshen it up."

From The Dressing Room

Winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing spoke to RamsTV to preview Tuesday night's clash.

He said: "I'm always excited for game day. Saturday/Tuesday can be tough but when we haven't got a Tuesday game it is a long week for me personally of waiting for the next game.

"Especially at home, I can't wait to play. We are building something quite remarkable at Pride Park. Hopefully we can continue that on Tuesday night."

Turnstile Checks

Supporters possessing an age-related season ticket card or match ticket must, if challenged, be able to present ID referencing their date of birth (for example: passport, birth certificate, driving licence, etc), and any supporter with an incorrect age-related season ticket card or match ticket must upgrade their card or ticket to the appropriate age-band at the Ticket Office before attempting to enter the stadium or risk having their card or ticket confiscated and prevented from attending future matches.

Match Officials

Rebecca Welch will take charge of Tuesday evening's game under the lights.

Thomas Harty and Paul Stonier will assist Welch with Lewis Smith on fourth official duties.

Welch has taken charge of 13 matches so far this season across multiple competitions including the Championship, FA Cup and Sky Bet League One.

She's distributed 39 yellow cards across that time, issued no reds and awarded two penalties.
