Derby County's busy week of Sky Bet League One action continues on Saturday when they host Charlton Athletic at Pride Park Stadium.

In the lead-up to the game getting underway, dcfc.co.uk has brought together all the key information you need to know…

Team News

Midfielder and vice-captain Max Bird remains out of action with the groin injury he sustained in the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round loss to Premier League side West Ham United at the end of January.

Defender James Chester continues to work his way back to fitness after suffering a calf injury in early January and is yet to resume full training.

Warne's Words

Head Coach Paul Warne sat down with RamsTV to look ahead to the clash with the Addicks.

He said: "Charlton have picked up under Dean Holden and, with the way they play, they like to control the game. They are a footballing side but also have some very good outlets out wide. I expect them to come here and attack us. I think it will have a different feel to Tuesday’s game against Lincoln; it might suit us or it might not.

"There are a lot of teams in this league that have been in the Premier League previously and they’ll probably feel they’re bigger than League One; Charlton are definitely one of those. They’ll see coming here beating a team currently in the top six as a big scalp, so I know how motivated they’ll be and how hard they’ll work to get a result."

From The Dressing Room

Defender Craig Forsyth spoke to RamsTV to preview the Rams' second home game inside five days in League One.

He said: "With the run we’ve been on and the points we’ve picked up over that time, it is disappointing to only have taken one point from our last two matches. The good thing is the games come thick and fast and we can try to get back on track this weekend.

"The Wycombe match had a few deflections that didn’t go our way and on Tuesday night it was disappointing to lose the goal against Lincoln. The timing of it changed the mindset and gave them something to hold on to, and when they went down to ten men they made it very difficult for us. We’ve had a big focus on home form being good, and it has been. We’ve got to get back to winning ways on Saturday."

Match Officials

Paul Howard will take charge of Saturday afternoon's League One fixture.

Daniel Leach and Carl Fitch-Jackson will assist him whilst Aaron Bannister is on fourth official duties.

Howard has taken charge of 14 matches so far this season and it will be his first involving the Rams.

He has shown 30 yellow cards and three reds so far this term across all competitions.

Turnstile Checks

Supporters possessing an age-related season ticket card or match ticket must, if challenged, be able to present ID referencing their date of birth (for example: passport, birth certificate, driving licence, etc), and any supporter with an incorrect age-related season ticket card or match ticket must upgrade their card or ticket to the appropriate age-band at the Ticket Office before attempting to enter the stadium or risk having their card or ticket confiscated and prevented from attending future matches.
