The club can confirm the return of a dedicated ‘Singing Block’ for the remaining 2022/2023 away fixtures. The dedicated ‘Singing Block’ for this fixture is HB2.

Disabled Supporters

The dedicated area for Disabled Supporters is a mixed supporter area situated at the opposite end of the ground to the away fans. This area is suitable for Ambulant Supporters who require accessible facilities and all Wheelchair users. These tickets can be booked directly through Port Vale’s Ticket Office by calling 01782 655821. Once tickets have been purchased via Port Vale, please email proof of purchase to the Derby County Ticket Office at [email protected] so the fixture can be added to your account.

Wheelchair and Ambulant supporters’ prices are dependent on age. Personal Assistants are admitted free of charge

Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.

Use your Fan ID and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email [email protected].

Phone (Subject to £1 per ticket Booking Fee)

Call 0871 472 1884 * between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.

Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £2.00 per Transaction Postage Fee or can collected from the Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday.

In Person (No Booking Fee)

The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.

Booking Fees

A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone, while a £2 per transaction postage fee will be payable for tickets to be posted.
