Derby County’s Under-18s stormed back from 2-0 down to earn a point at Wolverhampton Wanderers in their final Under-18 Premier League - North fixture before the international break on Saturday.
Adam Robinson’s side went into the game off the back of successive draws against Burnley and Manchester United and their excellent second-half fightback against Wolves made it three in a row.
Goals from Justin Hubner and Owen Farmer had the Rams two goals behind at half-time across the Midlands in a difficult first period.
Daniel Cox pulled a goal back for Derby just after half-time and the Rams’ persistence was rewarded as Temple Ojinaka’s own goal with 20 minutes remaining hauled them back onto level terms at 2-2.
Derby’s Under-18s return to action following the November international break with a home game against Stoke City at Moor Farm Training Ground (11am kick-off).
