Derby County wishes to advise 2021/22 Season Ticket holders that Season Ticket cards have been unexpectedly delayed.
As soon as the club has taken delivery, it will update Season Ticket holders as to when the cards will be processed and made available for collection or distributed, but that’s now not expected until the latter part of this month.
Consequently, Season Ticket holders are asked to access their match tickets for the next two home league fixtures against Luton Town on Tuesday 19th October and Blackburn Rovers on Saturday 30th October using the same online process as for previous matches this season.
This can be done either via Post (at zero additional cost), or by using the Print at Home or Mobile Ticket options. To access their match tickets, Season Ticket Holders must select “Reservations” instead of “Buy” when selecting matches on dcfc.co.uk
And although temporarily operating with limited suitably trained staff, the Ticket Office counters at Pride Park Stadium will continue to be open 10am to 4pm (Tuesday to Thursday) and 10am to kick-off on home matchdays for supporters unable to purchase or access their match tickets online and general ticket enquiries.
The email helpdesk ([email protected]) will continue to operate 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday); and the phonelines (0871 472 1884) will continue to be manned 10am to 4pm (Monday and Friday), although supporters are reminded there might be unusually long call-waiting times and that calls cost 13p per minute PLUS your phone providers’ access charge.

Golden Rams match tickets will be processed and posted automatically. And Matchday Stadium Car Parking is currently only available for Seasonal Pass holders.
