The November edition of The Rampage is out now and packed full of exclusive interviews and club-centric content.
The third edition of Derby County’s new monthly magazine features a nine-page interview with global superstar and Rams fan, Niall Horan, an in-depth discussion with striker Colin Kazim-Richards on his extraordinary career so far as well as a catch up with Twan Scheepers.

Former forward Franny Lee reminisced on his time at the club with untold stories from his title-winning days including an encounter with a frog!

“The first game at Everton was a boiling hot day and I wasn’t really fit. I struggled through and in the next two game at home, we picked up four points. I thought, ‘they’re a pretty good team, these’. They were easy to slot into, too. They saw you and they passed it to you. It wasn’t difficult to play with them because they were excellent players. I don’t want to individualise but there were six or seven bloody good players in that team.”
He scored on his Baseball Ground debut, in a 1-1 draw against Coventry City. Whilst he remembers the goal vividly, he also recalls an encounter between himself and fellow striker Roger Davies.
“It was a lovely summer’s evening,” Lee recalled. “I remember Bruce Rioch played a ball away from goal but inside the penalty area. I ran over it, backheeled it back across the six-yard box for Roger Davies, but Roger didn’t expect it and it went straight past him and out of play. He said to me at half time, ‘don’t make me look a fool here, I had some stick off this crowd last season’ and I said, ‘I can’t send you a bloody postcard, Roger!'”
