Jeremy Simpson will be the man in
the
middle when Derby County take on Wycombe Wanderers at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday afternoon in their latest 2020/21 Sky Bet
Championship
fixture (3pm
kick-off).
Simpson has taken charge of seven matches in the 2020/21 campaign to date, producing a total of 21 yellow cards and three reds.
His last game involving Derby was the 2-0 defeat at West Bromwich Albion in July. He handed Rams midfielder Louie Sibley a red card for violent conduct late on, although the decision was later overturned.
Simpson almost took charge of Derby's 2-1 home win over Charlton Athletic in December 2019, with Krystian Bielik seeing red in the match for a late challenge on the Addicks' on-loan Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
Simpson will be assisted by Richard Wild and Wade Smith on the lines, whilst Robert Merchant has been appointed as the fourth official.
PLEASE NOTE: The Referee for the game was changed on 27th November 2020 to Oliver Langford.
