The EFL have confirmed that Scott Duncan will be the man in the middle when Derby County return to Sky Bet Championship action on home turf against Reading at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday afternoon behind-closed-doors (1pm kick-off).

Duncan has overseen just one EFL game this season, Cheltenham Town's 0-0 draw against Port Vale in League 2 back in March, but is an experienced match official.

Over the course of last season he took charge of 34 games, producing a total of 109 yellow cards and nine red cards.

His last match in charge of Derby came in the early stages of last season in a 1-0 defeat away to Bolton Wanderers.

Duncan's last match at Pride Park Stadium was a 2-0 home victory over Ipswich Town in August 2018.

He will be assisted by Robert Hyde and Andrew Garratt on the lines, whilst Jarred Gillett has been appointed as the fourth official.
