With the international break interrupting Derby County’s Sky Bet Championship schedule for the second time this season, it’s the perfect opportunity to support the local clubs in your area.
Non-League Day, which is celebrating its tenth year, provides an ideal platform for clubs below League Two in the English Football League system to thrive.
With Premier League and Championship clubs out of action and this weekend, there are also no home nation internationals that will clash with Non-League Day.
It also provides a platform for clubs to promote the importance of affordable volunteer-led community football while giving fans across the country the chance to show support for their local non-league side.
This year’s Non-League Day takes place on Saturday 12th October and with Derbyshire-based non-league clubs in action at home, get yourself down to support your local club and enjoy the day!
