Derby County are giving all supporters who have downloaded the official Derby County App the chance to win a replica Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final shirt.
All supporters have to do to be in with a chance of winning is download the Derby County app and complete the competition form which can be found in the ‘News’ section by 10pm on Monday 27th May 2019.
The app has been developed with the intention of keeping supporters more connected than ever to the club, and will bring you all the latest club news, RamsTV videos, features, match reports, and match content all in the palm of your hand.
What’s more, you will be able to receive that content as soon as it lands by enabling push notifications to alert you with all the latest updates.

- The competition is open to all supports who download the Derby County App and complete the competition form within the app, except employees of Derby County (or its associated companies), their families, agents or any third party.
- Upon completing the competition form you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw to win a replica Play-Off Final shirt.
- The launch date is 09.00am on Friday 24th May 2019.
- A Winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Tuesday 28th May 2019.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone (using the details provided when completing the competition form) as soon as reasonably practical following the Draw Date. If the winner does not respond to the club within 7 days of being notified by the club, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Derby County will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- Please note that:
- Derby County's decision regarding the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Winner's name and county of residence can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Grace Vivian, Supporter Liaison Officer, Derby County Football Club, Pride Park Stadium, Derby, DE24 8XL within 30 days after the date of the Draw Date.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Derby County reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
