Darren Wassall’s side currently sit top for Group F following a 1-1 draw with Paris Saint-Germain and an impressive 3-1 win over PSV Eindhoven earlier this season.
A win for Derby’s Under-23s in their final group game on Thursday evening would see them guaranteed of a place in the quarter-finals of the competition, whilst a draw may also prove to be enough, with United yet to play either of the other two sides in the group.
