Derby County’s Under-23s will kick start their 2018/19 Premier League 2 Division 1 campaign against Blackburn Rovers at Pride Park Stadium.
The Rams face the newly promoted Rovers – last season’s Division 2 champions – on Monday 13th August, kick-off: 7pm.
Darren Wassall’s side will also travel to face Swansea City and Chelsea in the opening month of the 2018/19 campaign.
On top of the opener against Blackburn, Derby have also pencilled in three other games to be played at Pride Park Stadium.
The Rams will face East Midlands rivals at the club’s main stadium on Monday 3rd September as well as their penultimate fixture of the new season – against West Ham United – on Monday 15th April. They will also face Paris St Germain, in the Premier League International Cup, on Friday 28th September.

The format for the competition will remain the same as last year.
There are 12 teams in Division 1 and 12 in Division 2, with every club playing each other once at home and once away
In Division 1, the team who finish first are crowned Champions.
The bottom two teams in Division 1 get relegated to Division 2.
In Division 2, the league winners get automatic promotion to Division 1. There is no relegation from Division 2.
