Derby County’s Under-18s and Under-16s have had their group stage opponents confirmed in the newly formed Premier League Cup.

The Rams are set to take on West Bromwich Albion, Swansea City and Everton as part of the group stages of the competition.

Announced in July ahead of the 2017/18 campaign, the Premier League revealed a new league structure and introduced a new cup competition to enhance the existing games schedule.

With the match dates yet to be confirmed, the group stages of the Premier League Cup will see the six group-stage winners and the two best runners-up progress through to the knock-out stages.

All fixtures are mirrored across each club’s Under-18 and Under-16 squads and matches will be played on the same day.

Keep a look out on dcfc.co.uk, where the Premier League Cup fixtures will be announced in due course.
