There are 10 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled & Personal Assistant tickets available.
There are 10 pairs of Ambulant Disabled & Personal Assistant tickets available for those who require disabled access (but will need to go up six-seven steps).
Additional Ambulant tickets can be taken from the main allocation.
Disabled supporters pay their own age band and will receive a Personal Assistant free of charge if they are in receipt of Middle-High Rate DLA or Standard/Enhanced rate of PIP.
• There is a designated drop off area for supporter coaches directly outside the ‘away’ turnstiles (this must be arranged with the club in advance).
• Accessible car parking is available on a first come first served basis, please contact the Disabled Liaison officer on 01143537200 or email [email protected].
• There are 10 wheelchair spaces located at pitch-side within the away area.
•Accessible toilets are located within the away area.
• Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. Sheffield United should be notified in advance of the game by contacting their Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
• No hearing loop available.
• Matchday commentaries are available via headsets and you will need to reserve one no later than the day before the game by calling Sheffield’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”).
•The concourse is not accessible for wheelchair users, therefore; designated stewards are available to assist with any requirements if required.
• No rest areas are available in the concourse.
• The club shop does have a low level serving counter.
• Catering kiosks in the away area do not have low level serving counters.
Booking Fees
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online or over the phone.
A £1 per transaction postage fee will be payable if tickets are requested to be posted.
Allocation
An allocation of 2,393 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Club Travel
Roadrider departs Pride Park Stadium at 12pm.

Collections
All collections will be available from the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema De Lux. The club does not offer collections from the away stadiums.
