Farrend Rawson has joined Sky Bet League 2 side Accrington Stanley on a loan deal until January 2018.
The 21-year-old becomes the club’s third Under-23 player to head out on loan on Transfer Deadline Day, after Timi Max Elsnik and Kellan Gordon linked up with Swindon Town this morning.
The defender’s move to the Crown Ground represents his third loan spell of his career to date.
Rawson, who is yet to feature for Derby County’s first team, has linked up with Rotherham United on two occasions in the Championship – the first time towards the back end of the 2014/15 season and the second at the beginning of the 2015/16 campaign.
He also played for Coventry City over the second half of the 2016/17 season in League 1 and played 14 times for the Sky Blues, 12 of which were starts.
