There are 10 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled & Personal Assistant tickets available.
Ambulant Disabled tickets are taken from the main allocation.
Disabled supporters pay their own age band and will receive a Personal Assistant free of charge if they are in receipt of Middle-High Rate DLA or Enhanced rate of PIP or Attendance Allowance.
* There is a designated drop off area for supporter coaches directly outside the ‘away’ turnstiles
* Accessible car parking spaces are limited and must be arranged in advance by contacting the DLO on 01179630600 ; spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
* 10 wheelchair spaces (initial allocation) are available and these are located on a platform within the away seating area. Please note that the personal assistant will be required to sit behind the wheelchair user.
* Accessible toilets are available within the away section.
* Catering kiosks in the away section do have low level serving counters.
* The club shop does have low level serving counter.
* The concourses do not have rest areas.
* Match commentaries from the local hospital radio are available via 6 headsets. Please go to the nearest steward on the day or alternatively go to Main Reception; these headsets can be used anywhere in the stadium
* Induction loop facilities are not available.
* Facilities for assistance dogs are available. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
* Level Access seating is available (Row 1 ) and this row has been recommended for those supporters with mobility problems. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.
Booking Fees
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online or over the phone.
A £1 per transaction postage fee will be payable if tickets are requested to be posted.
Allocation
An initial allocation of 2,048 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Club Travel
Roadrider departs Pride Park Stadium at 9:45am.
Away Members: Adults £24 & Under 16s £20

Collections
All collections will be available from the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema De Lux. The club does not offer collections from the away stadiums.
