Derby County supporters are being encouraged to bring their free scarf - provided by Chairman Mel Morris - to the iPro Stadium for this weekend’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Rotherham United.

The Rams will face Rotherham United on Saturday (31st October, 3pm) looking to end an impressive month, which has included three wins and a draw, on a high note.

The club announced at the beginning of October that Derby’s Chairman would be providing a free limited edition scarf to all 24,000 season ticket holders and hospitality clients to say thanks for their continued support.

Supporters were encouraged to pick up their scarves before the Rams’ home fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday 18th October to help turn the iPro Stadium into a sea of black and white for the televised fixture.

The new scarf, which would normally retail at £33, is totally black on one side and white on the reverse. This allowed fans to help make their individual stand a complete band of black and white.

Supporters backed the initiative and added to the already excellent atmosphere at Derby’s home ground as the side ran out 4-2 winners against Wolves, with Head Coach Paul Clement and the playing squad quick to point out the impressive visual view as the team’s made their way out for the game.

Derby fans are encouraged to bring their scarves to all upcoming home games and, alongside the 1884 Group, continue to develop the unique and special atmosphere at the iPro Stadium.

Before Derby and Rotherham take to the pitch, like against Wolves, fans will again be asked to raise their scarves with a particular colour facing the pitch depending on the block they are sat in, dressing the stadium in a sea of black and white.
