Jamaica sit top of Group B with a win and a draw to their name ahead of tonight's final group game against El Salvador (11pm UK time).A point will be enough for the Reggae Boyz and a victory will certainly secure top spot, with Costa Rica and Canada going head-to-head in the other Group B match.
