Former Rams striker involved in car accident on Friday
Derby County Football Club can confirm that Roger Davies is being treated in hospital after being involved in a car accident on Friday 14 November.
The 64-year-old former Rams striker, who played for Derby over two different periods, sustained minor injuries including cuts and bruising, after being involved in a collision near Burnaston garage in the early hours of Friday.
Davies is being treated at the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham and is on the road to recovery.
Everyone at Derby County would like to wish Roger Davies a full and speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming him back to the iPro Stadium in the near future.
