All 24 teams confirmed for next season's Championship as Palace make the Premier League.

The line-up for next season's Championship is now complete following the conclusion of yesterday’s Playoff Final between Crystal Palace and Watford.

Ian Holloway’s Eagles secured promotion back to the top flight thanks to a 1-0 win against the Hornets in extra-time at Wembley Stadium.

Veteran frontman Kevin Phillips scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot just before the end of the first period of extra-time.

The win ensured Palace will join both Cardiff City and Hull City in stepping up to the Premier League next season.

Teams confirmed in the Championship for 2013-14: Reading, Queens Park Rangers, Wigan Athletic, Watford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leicester City, Nottingham Forest, Bolton Wanderers, Charlton Athletic, Derby County, Burnley, Birmingham City, Leeds United, Ipswich Town, Blackpool, Middlesbrough, Blackburn Rovers, Sheffield Wednesday, Huddersfield Town, Millwall, Barnsley, AFC Bournemouth, Doncaster Rovers, Yeovil Town.

The Championship fixture list for the 2013-14 campaign will be revealed at 9am on Wednesday 19th June 2013.
