Derby County's line-up at Turf Moor for this evening's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Burnley has been confirmed (7:45pm kick-off).

Head Coach Paul Warne has made five changes to the side that squared up against Leeds United at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.
