Derby County’s final fixture of their pre-season games programme ahead of the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship campaign will see the Rams face Spanish top-flight side Real Valladolid at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday (3pm kick-off).

The La Liga side will be tough opponents for Paul Warne’s side before the 2024/25 season begins at Blackburn Rovers on Friday 9th August (8pm kick-off).

The Rams will be donning their away kit in front of the Pride Park crowd after the 140-year anniversary-inspired kit was released for sale on Friday.

Head Coach Paul Warne should have the majority of his squad available for selection against the recently promoted Spanish outfit.


Forward Nathaniel Mendez-Laing will remain in contention after scoring twice against Barnsley in the Rams’ midweek friendly, with the Rams going down 4-3 at Oakwell.


Summer signings Kenzo Goudmijn, Ben Osborn, Jerry Yates, Kayden Jackson and David Ozoh are all poised to play at Pride Park Stadium for the first time as Derby players.


Striker Conor Washington is back available for selection after he played 45 minutes with the Under-21s against Mansfield Town on Wednesday, while defender Curtis Nelson should return after illness.


Defender Jake Rooney (knee) is out, while winger Corey Blackett-Taylor (quad) and right-sider Joe Ward (knee) are being assessed.

Supporters who have watched live match coverage on RamsTV previously and wish to buy pay-per-view access need to log into their account on dcfc.co.uk to purchase a match pass. To purchase your match pass, please visit ramstv.dcfc.co.uk/live.

If you don’t have a website account you will need to create an account and add your 8-digit Fan ID, Name, Address, Postcode, and a valid email address not already registered with an account. Then you will be able to purchase pay-per-view access on dcfc.co.uk.

The East Stand ONLY will be open for Derby County supporters and tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Season Ticket Holder seat reservations do not apply. Tickets are limited to one ticket per Fan ID and are non-refundable.
