Derby County forward Nathaniel Mendez-Laing has been named PFA League One Fans' Player of the Year for the 2023/24 season.
Mendez-Laing was pivotal in the Rams' success over the course of the season and has deservedly picked up another individual accolade for his performances.
The 32-year-old featured in all 46 league games in 2023/24, providing nine goals and 16 assists on the way to helping the side secure automatic promotion to the Sky Bet Championship on the final day of the campaign with a 2-0 home win over Carlisle United.
His impressive displays also saw him named in the League One Team of the Season by the EFL, alongside fellow team-mate Eiran Cashin.
Mendez-Laing saw off strong competition for the award; Portsmouth duo Colby Bishop and Marlon Pack were nominated, Harrison Burrows of Peterborough United, Barnsley's Devante Cole, Charlton Athletic's Alfie May, Josh Sheehan of Bolton Wanderers and Bristol Rovers' former Ram Chris Martin.
Congratulations on a brilliant season, Nat!
