Lifebuoy, the world’s number one hygiene soap brand, is today celebrating Global Handwashing Day, by providing hand hygiene advice to football fans of all ages.
The information is available to fans in the form of leaflets, print materials, instructional video content and imagery. All of which are available to access and download via Lifebuoy’s website.
Global Handwashing Day is a celebrated by Lifebuoy, as an opportunity to promote healthy hygiene habits. Handwashing with soap and water and using hand sanitiser is important to keep people of all ages safe and healthy. Since 2010, they have reached over 1 billion people around the world through their handwashing programmes, and this remains a key priority in 2021. The desire to be clean, active and healthy is intrinsic to everyone, even more so since the start of the pandemic.
Lifebuoy is specifically utilising their partnership with the EFL to help educate children and will be providing participants in the upcoming Kids & Girls Cup with tips and useful tools to remind them of the importance of hand hygiene.
The information made available to fans have been approved by the Royal Society for Public Health & Global Handwashing Partnership. They have also been developed with input from a wide range of experts including Chartered members of the British Psychological Society.
