Derby County’s Under-23s were beaten 3-1 by Brighton & Hove Albion on Friday evening in their latest Premier League 2 - Division 1 fixture.
Derby took the lead just after the half-hour mark through Cameron Cresswell as Pat Lyons’ side started the game positively.
The striker’s goal was his fourth in a row for the Under-23s and his seventh of the campaign.
However, two goals in as many minutes from an Eiran Cashin own goal and Danny Cashman turned the game completely on its head.
In an equally competitive second half, Albion made the points safe from the penalty spot through Teddy Jenks.
