Manager Wayne Rooney has made three changes to the side which drew 2-2 with Brentford on Tuesday night for this afternoon’s Sky Bet Championship game against Stoke City (3pm kick-off).
The big news comes in attack as Colin Kazim-Richards, who limped out of Derby’s midweek draw with a knock, starts for the Rams.
There is also a start for Louie Sibley, who makes his third start of 2021, after he came off the bench to equalise against Brentford.
His goal was his first of the season and he’ll be hoping to add more to that tally between now and the end of the season.
Winger Patrick Roberts is recalled to the starting line up, as is Manchester United loanee Teden Mengi, after both appeared as substitutes in the second half for Derby against the Bees.
Louie Watson, Max Bird and Kamil Jozwiak all move down to the substitute’s bench, whilst on-loan Stoke striker Lee Gregory misses out as he is ineligible to play against his parent club.
Stoke City: Davies, Allen, Batth, Chester, Mikel (C), Smith, Brown, Powell, Thompson, Souttar, Norrington-Davies.

Derby County: Roos, Wisdom (C), Shinnie, Byrne, Kazim-Richards, Mengi, Clarke, Sibley, Roberts, Buchanan, Knight.
