Derby County’s Craig Forsyth recorded a personal milestone in Saturday afternoon’s 3-2 victory at Millwall as the Sky Bet Championship season resumed following a three-month break due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The defender registered his 200th competitive appearance for the Rams in the win at The Den.
Forsyth marked the occasion with an assist for youngster Louie Sibley in the second half, squaring the ball to the Academy graduate inside the box to complete his hat-trick late on.
The 31-year-old, who joined Derby on loan from Watford in early 2013 before completing a permanent switch a few months later, is one of the Rams’ longest-serving players.
Of his 200 appearances, 192 have been starts and the versatile defender has also contributed with four goals.
Forsyth, who began his career with Dundee before moving to England to join Watford in 2011, has made over 300 appearances in professional football.
