Tickets for the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final between Derby County and Aston Villa at Wembley Stadium have now officially gone on General Sale.
Following their Semi-Final victory over Leeds United at Elland Road, the Rams will face Aston Villa in the Final on Monday 27th May 2019 (3pm kick-off) in a bid to reach the Premier League.
Tickets were previously on sale to current Season Ticket Holders, 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders, current Home Members and 'Final Three' game plan customers from Friday morning.
Supporters must have a valid Fan ID with ticketing purchase history, dating back to 2014 on Derby’s ticketing system, in order to qualify for the General Sale. This is Wembley Stadium requirement to ensure that opposing fans do not mix.
Derby have been allocated over 36,000 tickets for the East End of Wembley Stadium.
Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into five sections and there is also a concession rate for senior citizens aged 65+, young adults 17-21 and children aged 16 and under.

Category 1 - £98 Adults, £73.50 Ages 17-21, £49 Ages 65 and over & 16 and under.
Category 2 - £76 Adults, £57 Ages 17-21, £38 Ages 65 and over & 16 and under.
Category 3 - £64 Adults, £48 Ages 17-21, £32 Ages 65 and over & 16 and under
Category 4 - £52 Adults, £39 Ages 17-21, £26 Ages 65 and over & 16 and under
Category 5 - £36 Adults, £27 Ages 17-21, £18 Ages 65 and over & 16 and under
The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

There will be NO tickets available at the Derby County Ticket Office for this match. Therefore, please note that Tickets are NOT available by calling the 0871 Ticket Office number.
Due to the anticipated demand, the club recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking. Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley Stadium seating plan online and choose which block they would like to sit in.
WHEN TO BUY
PERIOD 2: General Sale: (Starts 2pm on Sunday 19th May 2019)
Should any tickets remain, supporters purchasing during this period of sale can buy two tickets each. To purchase tickets, supporters must have a valid Fan ID with purchase history. 2018/19 and 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders plus all Membership Holders can purchase an extra two tickets during this period of sale. Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction if purchasing tickets on behalf of other supporters but all supporters must have valid Fan ID. Supporters are advised to register on dcfc.co.ukwebsite and update their contact details before sales start in this period.

Family Area – Wembley Stadium have designated 1,700 seats in Blocks 105 to 108 in the East side of Wembley Stadium as a Family Area for Derby County supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 14 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than one adult for one child, at a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.
Singing Area – The club recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing areas choose Blocks 111, 112 and 113.
Supporters Clubs – The club recommend that the Derby County Official Supporters Clubs choose Blocks 109 and 110.
Booking Fees – There is a £2.50 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or £3 per ticket booking fee for every ticket booked over the phone.

* Tickets will be posted from 21st May 2019. Supporters are advised to update their addresses before booking tickets.
14 Years and Under – All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Golden Rams - Supporters who are part of our Golden Rams Initiative (aged 85+ and have held a Season Ticket for five or more years for the 2018/19 season) will be given two complimentary tickets with travel to the Play-Off Final. Supporters who qualify will be written to by the club and will have until 5pm on Tuesday 21st May to advise the club that they wish to take up the tickets. Full details will be enclosed within the letter.
Season Ticket Holder Direct Debit - Any Season Ticket Holder who pays by Direct Debit that is behind on their payments for the current, past or future seasons will not be able to purchase a ticket for the Play-Off Final until their account is brought up to date.

Crowd Flags
Supporters may bring an individual flag into the stadium WITHOUT permission if:
* The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point
* It does not have a flag pole attached
* In the case of a flag pole, it must be made from wood or plastic only and no longer than 1 metre in length and 1cm in diameter
* There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag
* It does not contain any abusive or defamatory message
Please note that flag poles made of metal are not permitted inside the stadium, no matter what size or length the flag / pole is.
If a supporter arrives at Wembley Stadium and their flag does not come under the above points, and they have not gained permission in advance, the flag may be confiscated at the turnstiles and not allowed into the Stadium.
Supporters will NEED permission from Wembley Stadium if any of the following applies:
* Flag is larger than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point
* The supporter wishes to have a static flag connected to seating (this is not possible for sold out games)
* Supporters wish to have a moving flag / banner over supporters’ heads, pre match (see below guidelines)
* Flag has a pole connected that is over 1 metre in length and 1cm in diameter.
In order to seek permission, the supporter must supply the following information via our online portal (https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/solutions):
* A photo showing the whole flag
* A photo showing any flag pole connected
* The actual size of the flag
* A valid, in date fire certificate, in English with the appropriate stamps of authority (this is preferable but not mandatory)
If you arrive at Wembley Stadium and your flag differs in any way from the photographed or described flag, your flag may be confiscated at the turnstiles and not allowed into the Stadium.

Roadrider – Tickets for Roadrider coaches are available to buy either online or over the phone and will be priced at £35 Adults & £25 Under 16s. Roadrider tickets are subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Coaches will depart from Pride Park Stadium from 9am on the day of the game.
Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Derby County supporters travelling to Wembley.
Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £90 per coach and £30 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
Hospitality – There are a number of packages available to purchase for hospitality at Wembley Stadium. These packages comprise a premium match ticket, three course plated menu, inclusive beer, wine and soft drinks pre-match and at half time, a cash bar for one-hour post-match and a match day programme. No Resale Of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
Fan ID– This is an eight-digit number printed onto supporters’ Season Ticket cards or match tickets. If in doubt of their number, supporters need to contact the Derby County Ticket Office on 033 33 231 884 or email ticket.office@dcfc.co.uk and the club will let them know what their correct number is.
Disabled Tickets
There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available. These are sold under the same periods of sale and are available both online at dcfc.co.uk or by calling the dedicated Call Centre on * 01332 974704.

Disabled Supporters who require a Personal Assistant do not need to use their Personal Assistant Fan ID when purchasing for this fixture. Please just use the Disabled Supporters Fan ID and postcode, as this will allow you to book both the Disabled Supporters ticket and the Personal Assistant ticket; the Personal Assistant ticket will then show as a zero value.
There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31.

An auditory enhancement system providing coverage of the seating bowl and public concourse areas has been installed. The system will provide event commentary, information and emergency announcements. Wembley Stadium provides a specific commentator for sensory impaired visitors. Headsets are available and can be collected from any information booth.
