Audrina Hatton-Wright will lead Derby County out onto the Wembley Stadium pitch ahead of Monday’s Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final.

Audrina, who is four, was last year diagnosed with high-risk Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer with one of the lowest survival rates.

Neuroblastoma is a rare and aggressive cancer that affects children, generally under the age of five years old. Most doctors will never see a case of Neuroblastoma in the course of their career as less than 100 children are diagnosed with the disease each year in the UK.

Keen dancer Audrina, and her family, were special guests of Executive Chairman Mel Morris CBE in March when Derby took on Sheffield Wednesday at Pride Park Stadium.

Audrina visited the Rams’ dressing room prior to kick-off to meet manager Frank Lampard and his players and showed off her impressive dance moves.

Audrina’s family are aiming to raise £200,000 by October to enable her to access medical treatment not currently available on the NHS.

On Thursday afternoon, Audrina visited Derby’s Training Ground to be told she would be leading the team out against Aston Villa.

Lampard broke the news to the youngster that she will accompany the players onto the famous Wembley turf ahead of the clash against Dean Smith’s side.

Lampard said: “Audrina is a beautiful, brave and amazing little girl and we are so pleased she will be with us at Wembley Stadium on Monday.”

Audrina will be joined by her family at Wembley Stadium and will watch the match from the stands as the Rams chase promotion to the Premier League.
