Rams take on Heanor this evening.
Derby County’s Under-21 side will make the short journey to the Town Ground tonight, to take on Heanor Town in a friendly fixture (7:30pm kick-off).
The fixture has been arranged to mark the reopening of the Town Ground, following extensive refurbishment.
Admission is £5.00 for Adults, £3.00 for OAP's and children get in free.
The Under 21s, managed by Lee Glover are currently in a fine run of form after claiming a third successive win in the league after seeing off rivals Nottingham Forest 2-1 at the City Ground, following victories over Coventry City (4-2) and Sheffield Wednesday (3-1).
With nine first-year professionals from the Academy providing the make-up of the Under-21 squad, Glover has been tasked with the challenge of maintaining their development and bridging the gap between Academy and first-team football.
dcfc.co.uk will be on hand to provide goal updates via the club’s official Twitter feed - @dcfcofficial – from tonight’s game, as well as a match report shortly after the final whistle.
