Derby County Football Club is committed to ensuring fans have an enjoyable and memorable matchday experience, and with plenty going on in and around the ground before kick-off you’re guaranteed a day filled with great entertainment!

We prides ourselves on providing a fun day out for all families when they visit Pride Park Stadium and the club has been awarded the EFL’s Family Excellence Award in each of the past six seasons, as well as achieving the prestigious Gold standard accolade for its work in engaging families on matchday on two occasions.

Rammie and Ewie's Activity Zone

Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone is designed with families in mind. The Family Fun Zone gives families an interactive and enjoyable safe space to take their Rams Youngsters and keep them entertained before the match.

Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone is hosted in Harrison’s Hub (Community Corner) located in the North West Corner of Pride Park Stadium.

Our Rams Youngsters can take part in a number of exciting, family-friendly activities ahead of kick-off. We have colouring and crafts competitions where fans can win exclusive prizes, face-painting*, a video-games nook, foosball, ping-pong table, games, meet and greet opportunities with Club Mascots Rammie and Ewie, and the Pride Park Tuck Shop (small change required).

The Family Fun Zone is open from 1pm until 2.45pm for a 3pm kick-off. This applies to league fixtures only.

As it currently stands, the Family Fun Zone is closed for mid-week games, unless it is a special occasion or one of our weekend fixtures gets rearranged.

All families will need to make one booking per family.

Safeguarding & Matchdays

Green wristbands are available free of charge from Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone. Derby County staff will be offering parents/guardians the opportunity to receive a green wristband that your child can wear.

Parents/guardians can write their contact details, stand, and seat number, on the wristband, and if your child was to become separated from you or felt unsafe, they could approach a steward or DCFC member of staff and show their wristband. The steward or staff member will then duly contact parents/guardians.

Please note: Photography and videography takes place on matchdays.

In accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, we will not permit Club-taken photographs, video, or other images of children taking part in Club activities to be taken without consent.

The Family Area

The Family Seating Area at Pride Park Stadium has designated blocks within the North East Corner, with upper and lower tier seating available.

The Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers

In August 2008, Derby County launched a 'Fans First' initiative, putting our supporters at the forefront of the club's matchday experience.

Look out for our Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers (MSLOs) in their blue coats, here to answer any questions you might have on arrival to the stadium. The team might even have a few goodies to give away too!

Food and Drink

Food and drink is available from the in-stadium concourses from when the turnstiles open for supporters to enjoy ahead of kick-off and at half-time.

The turnstiles to enter the stadium open an hour and a half before kick-off. Derby County operates a scanning system to allow access to the stadium where the barcode of the ticket is scanned to gain entry.

It's easy to use, demonstrated in the three-step guide below...

Once inside the stadium there are plenty of activities, matchday competitions and entertainment on the pitch, but please note this is entirely dependent on any restrictions that may impact on our ability to host such activities.

Please Note: Derby County's Pride Park Stadium is a CASHLESS venue.

DCFCMegastore

The DCFCMegastore is always worth a visit to check out the latest merchandise, and is located in the North East Corner of Pride Park Stadium and remains open right up until kick-off.
